Hamilton Receives NFF Award

Graduating senior Wildcat standout and Richmond University bound Darryl Hamilton has received another prestigious award. Darry has been recognized as a National Football Foundation and College Football Hall of Fame Scholar Athlete. Only 15 other scholar athletes were recognized at the annual spring banquet held at the Army Navy Country Club, Arlington VA in April. The NFF seeks to honor those who have excelled both on and off the field and who demonstrate the Foundation’s creed of scholarship, citizenship and athletic ability.
All NFF honorees are eligible for part of $1 million in scholarships to further their education. These events honor deserving student-athletes as the best and the brightest of their generation; all the honorees names are permanently enshrined at the College Football Hall of Fame in South Bend, Indiana.
