The JV Wildcats traveled to George Washington Middle School to play the TC Williams Titans yesterday, October 27th. If you have not been there you have no idea how long it takes to get there in rush hour traffic. 

This game was a game where the whole team had to show up. We played the game without 5 of our regular starters. Our guys stepped up to the plate and made a great effort. The defense show why they are considered one of the best on the JV level and did not allow the Titans to score. Chris Vaccarello and Anthony DeConti filled in great at linebacker, Heath Shelters played great both on offense and defense, and he rarely came off the field.    

The Offense came into this game without their quarterback and started Ben Kiernan. Ben played a great second half leading the O down the field in the fourth quarter for the only TD on a lumbering run by Heath Shelters. With the score TC 7 and Wildcats 6, we decided to go for 2 on the extra point. Ben dropped back to pass and threw a great pass to the corner of the end zone to Mitch Dudley. Final score TC 7, Centreville 8.
